Andrew is ONE!

I met Andrew for the first time, just days before he turned ONE! We met at a park in York where he could “run” around. He sat and crawled for the most part, but right at the very end, he took some of his very first steps!!

Shea and Garrett…married Cork Factory Hotel

When we arrived at Shea’s house, the place was bustling. I have
never seen 7 girls pack into a single bathroom in all my life but they
did it. From the moment they all walked in the house, we knew it was bound to be an exciting day. Trust us, we weren’t let down.

Every detail of Shea and Garrett’s wedding was so thoroughly planned, it
was perfect. The flowers, the cakes, the table linens?! Not one aspect
of their day was overlooked. It was stunning.
Shea and Garrett, we cannot thank you enough for sharing such a
beautiful and emotional day with us. The love and support of your
families made us melt into little photographing puddles. And for that,
we thank you.
Xoxo.

Liana

It seems like there has been a baby boom amongst my past couples! I photographed Jennie and Noah 4 years ago and couldn’t have been any more happy to find out they were expecting! They moved far away, but made their first trip home to see family after Liana was born last weekend. Here are just a few from Liana’s first session!

Alyx and Justin…married Lime Spring Farms

Liesa and I have been looking so forward to Alyx and Justin’s wedding for a while. We have literally watched Alyx grow up along with her 4 sisters.
We met everyone at Lime Spring Farms to get ready. Once Alyx was ready, we had Justin meet her in the garden for their first glance. Then we gathered the wedding party for some fun shots.
This was the most beautiful day all year. It was not hot and there was actually a constant breeze which was such a needed change.
After the cutest ceremony and vows, we all headed to the reception for a great night of eating, drinking and dancing!

Mitra and Josh…Married Omni Bedford Springs Resort

Last Sunday, Liesa and I traveled again to Omni Bedford Springs Resort in Bedford. I love shooting here! It is absolutely breathtaking!
We met Mitra and Josh in the bridal suite where they both got ready. This was a couple who was so laid back and did things their own way. We photographed them alone and with the huge wedding party beforehand. Still my favorite way to do it!!
Mitra and Josh were able to spend so much time with their guests during cocktail hour and the reception this way. They also opted to only do a first dance between them and nothing else. The day went so smoothly! Thank you both for allowing us to be a part of your day! Enjoy every minute of Italy!!!

Welcome to the world Riggin’s

When Chris and Amy said they were pregnant again, I was so excited and so surprised. Their first son Shayne was a true blessing as they had tried everything to conceive.
I love going over to their house to see what new decor they will have and how they designed Riggin’s nursery. Amy usually finds a little something like a vase or a pillow and will design a whole room based around it. Riggin’s room was no exeption.
He slept for most of our shoot, so it made my job sooo easy! In between, big Brother Shayne need a few shots as well!

Lauren and Marshall…married

Saturday, Katie and I met Lauren and her bridesmaids at her parents house while they got ready. The weather was absolutely amazing! Before the ceremony, we drove into town to photograph the girls along the cutest row of Antique stores. Then it was off to the ceremony.
Afterward, we all met over at the Manor at Gunpowder Falls for the reception and a little more shooting. I always love coming to places I never heard of or would not have expected a reception site to be.
Thank you both for service to our country and allowing us to be a part of your day!
