Regina and Chad

Saturday Katie and I headed to Harrisburg for Regina and Chad’s wedding. They wanted an outside wedding, but due to the rain, it had to be held in the pavillion. They made the best of it!
Every detail was so interesting! The 2 cakes, lotto ticket favors, their first dance song and let’s not forget beer pong!!
The maid of honor and best man designed 2 tables for the bride and groom. I have never seen anything like this at a weding before, but what fun!!
Enjoy guys!!

Ashley and John

Monday I headed down to City Island to meet Ashley and John for their Engagement session. We were so blessed with a gorgeous summer day after all the rain! My intent was to shoot a bit on the Island and then head over to the city, but we had so much fun that we just stayed there. There are so many nooks around the Island that if you don’t take the time to look around you will miss them…
Thanks for getting a little dirty and putting up with all the critters!!

Amanda and Mike

Saturday, I had a chance to see Amanda and Mike again for their wedding. What started as a rainy day turned into a “perfect lighting” day.
I am always so lucky to form a bond with the couples that I shoot. Amanda and Mike are no exception! Amanda is such a cute little thing and Mike has such a quick wit! We had so much fun with them! Their wedding was In york with their reception at Wisehaven Tennis and yacht club. Everything was so perfect.
Thanks guys for letting Katie and I tag along with you all day! Enjoy!

Christine and Justin

I am doing Christine and Justin’s wedding next June. So tonight they met me in downtown Lancaster for their engagement session.
We started at Steinman Park and then walked around the city. They were such troopers for putting up with my crazy demands. I swear Justin wonders what they got themselves into….
Funny thing happened at the market…while I was shooting their pics, we were always aware when people walked by b/c our stuff was sitting out and we didn’t want anyone to steal it. So, we hear a lot of talking from around the corner and who shows up…The Wiebner’s! They had a shoot too! We had a good laugh!
Here are a few from tonight! Here ya go!

Elizabeth and Matthew

Yesterday, I was able to be a part of Elizabeth and Matthew’s wedding held at Elizabeth’s mothers house. What a gorgeous place! I commented a dozen times to Liesa who was helping me, ” I would love to live here!” It was 3 acres of pure beauty. Bekka, Elizabeth’s Mom, did a remarkable job pulling all of this together. There were so many personal touches to everything.
The greatest idea that I have ever seen was a children’s play area set up off to the side of the reception with crafts and hired babysitters! Take note girl’s! It was a hit!
I think this will be one for the memory books!

A Happy accident! They had a table set up with top hats and veils so you could take your own picture as the “bride and groom”.
I just happened to shoot at the same time!I was having fun with the lighting today….
Why rent a dance floor when you have the driveway!!

Melanie and Nathan

Wednesday I met Melanie and Nathan at F+M college for their engagement shoot. I think we blended in nicely with the crowds of students going back to school. What a fun couple! Once Nathan warmed up and got used to me being in his face, we had a good time. Thank goodness the rain held off!
And, thanks to Nathan, I came home with a “new” pair of sunglasses for my husband!
Thanks Guys! Can’t wait til the wedding!
