Joanna and Mike…married Inn at Leola Village

What an incredible day for a wedding! “I give it an 11 1/2”!
Saturday, I met the ladies at Joanna’s house where the ceremony was being held, while my good friend Nicole met the guys in Leola.
The weather was so iffy right up until Joanna and Mike were saying their vows. The sun came out and lit them so beautifully!
After the ceremony, Mike and Joanna, jumped in Joanna’s fathers hot rod and sped off to the reception. They were able to join their guest for cocktails before the reception. I have to say, the toasts from both of Mike’s brothers and Joanna’s friends Nicole and Jordan had to be the best we have heard in a long time. I was cracking up as much as everyone else. It totally kicked off the night to the most packed dance floor ever I have seen! Enjoy!!

Here they are again! Monica wanted updated photos of the family and to recreate a session we did when their youngest son was a baby. So Les got in his Fire gear again to hold Brady and Nikolaus dressed up in his gear too. So adorable!!

Amy and Andrew married…Cork Factory Lancaster

I couldn’t wait to see Amy and Andrew again. We had such a great time during their engagement session and bonded instantly. I knew we were going to have a blast during the wedding day too!
Liesa and I met Amy and the girls at the Cork Factory Hotel to get ready. Andrew and the guys were there as well. Amy and Andrew decided to see each other before the wedding and have all their “formals” done so we could go right to the reception after the ceremony.
After shooting, we jumped on the trolley and headed to the church in Ephrata. Jonnaysa and Diana from Planned Perfection were there to greet us and make sure the rest of the day went smoothly. I had a few minutes after the ceremony to sneak Amy and Andrew away so they could have a few more moments alone before the party.
We all jumped on the trolley again and headed to the Cork Factory for the reception. It was incredible! The day could not have been more perfect!
We love you guys!! Have a wonderful trip! I’ll see you when you get back!

Darcie and Joe

Darcie and Joe are perfect together. I couldn’t help but smile the whole time we were shooting (except for being on a cliff’s edge).
They both had super busy schedules and no time to get out to meet the right person. So, they turned to eHarmony. Listening to them talk and tell me the story of how they met and their first date, made me feel like I was listening to the eHarmony commercial. WOW! It really does work!
They wanted to go to Chickies Rock for their shoot since it was where they went for their second date. I have lived here for 12 years and this was the first time I had ever been up on the rock. I am terrified of being up that high, especially on a cliff, so this should go to show you what I do for my couples! 😉

Pam and Fred…married Rehoboth Beach Delaware

Saturday we traveled to Rehoboth Beach Delaware for Pam and Fred’s gorgeous oceanfront wedding. When we got to the first house where the girls were getting ready, Pam greeted us – not with handshakes and hellos, but with huge hugs and the feeling that we’ve all been friends for years.

The girls got ready in a family friends house while the guys were in town for a morning shave and cut . Everyone was so relaxed and at ease, it was hard to believe there was a wedding just a few hours away!

The ceremony and reception were held at another beach house close by. The weather was absolutely amazing! They incorporated Pam’s daughter into everything with a sand ceremony and Fred giving her a sweet heart necklace to symbolize the joining of families.

Every detail of Pam and Fred’s wedding was so elegant and personal, from her Grandfather’s bow tie on her flowers, to the photobooth for all the guest, the wedding cake of cannolis, and of course, the signature mojitos.

Pam and Fred, thank you for letting us share your special day with you, we feel so much like family now – so, I guess we’ll be seeing you all this summer. . . at the beach house, of course. 🙂
